Shipping Policy

Standard made-to-order covers are prepared within 2–3 business days before they head out the door.
Estimated transit time after your order has finished processing and has been handed to the carrier.
Custom work takes a little longer.
Custom and personalized orders require additional production time and do not follow the standard 2–3 business day processing window. Your expected turnaround will be communicated as part of your custom order details. For custom-order questions, visit the Custom Order page .
Delivery addresses + P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be modified once your order has been placed.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.
International orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for paying those fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate them for you.
