Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Allow 3-4 days for shipping after processing.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Shipping is permitted to P.O. Boxes
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

How long does it take to make each piece?

Depending on complexity, each cover takes 2-4 hours of hands-on work. Button mosaics and rhinestone designs are the most time-intensive.

Do you really make every single one yourself?

Yes! It's just me in my Savannah studio. Every piece you see is crafted by my hands.

Why does handmade cost more?

Because you're paying for hours of skilled labor, quality materials, and authentic cultural representation—not factory mass production. You're investing in art, not cheap décor.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! That's one of the best parts of handmade. Visit my Custom Orders page to share your vision.

What's your return policy?

I stand behind my work. Ready-made pieces from my collections are eligible for returns—check out my Returns & Refund Policy for full details. Custom orders are final since we work together throughout the entire design process to ensure you get exactly what you want. Either way, I promise to make it right.
