30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange your item—no questions asked.

📅30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund or exchange. We count from the day your package is delivered (based on shipping carrier confirmation), not the order date.

Need more time? Just reach out. We're flexible and want to work with you.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet these requirements:

  • Same condition as received – The cover must be in the exact condition you received it in
  • Unworn and unused – No installation, no use, no handling beyond inspection
  • Original packaging – Must include all packaging materials, protective wrapping, and inserts
  • Tags attached (if applicable) – Don't remove any tags or labels before you're sure
  • Proof of purchase – Receipt, order number, or order confirmation email

If you installed the cover and it didn't work out, that's okay—but if there's damage from installation or use, the return may not be eligible. If you're unsure, just ask before returning.


📦How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1

Contact Us First

Email us at kila@kustomkreationzbykila.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without requesting a return first—packages sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Step 2

Wait for Approval

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship the item back.

Step 3

Ship It Back

Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we're not responsible for items lost in transit.

💰Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want: Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. This ensures you get the replacement as quickly as possible without waiting for the original to be shipped back and processed.

⚠️Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at kila@kustomkreationzbykila.com.

Include photos of the damage or issue so we can evaluate it quickly and make it right. We'll either send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

For manufacturing defects: Items covered under our 60-Day Craftsmanship Warranty may qualify for free replacement. Check the warranty page for details.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or business reasons:

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders, custom designs, bespoke items)
  • Sale or clearance items (all sales are final)
  • Gift cards (non-refundable)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants – if applicable)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, cosmetics – if applicable)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases – if applicable)

Important Notes

Items sent back without first requesting authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our eligibility requirements.
