Every KKBK cover is made by hand. That means craftsmanship matters. This 60-day warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that show up during normal use.
The warranty begins on the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier and lasts for 60 days.
It is designed to cover problems that come from the way the piece was made—not normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes made after you receive it.
Examples of covered defects include:

Include close-up photos of the problem area and a full view of the cover. Good photos help me understand what happened quickly.
Claims are reviewed within 2 business days. I’ll let you know whether the issue is covered and whether the original cover needs to be returned for inspection.
Approved warranty replacements are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. If a return is needed first, a prepaid label will be provided.
Handmade does not mean “perfect” in the factory-made sense. There can be tiny variations because a person made your piece—not a machine.
But there is a difference between a handmade variation and poor workmanship. If something is actually wrong, I want to know. I would rather have the chance to fix it than have you quietly disappointed.

Your order number or purchase email is needed. If you cannot find it, reach out and I’ll help look it up.
Gifted items can still qualify when the original order information can be verified.
Approved claims are fulfilled with a replacement of the same design when available. If it is unavailable, a comparable alternative or store credit may be offered.
Each item is eligible for one standard warranty replacement. If the replacement itself has a workmanship defect, contact me so we can review it.
Custom pieces receive the same 60-day workmanship coverage. Design changes or change-of-mind requests are not warranty issues.
Reach out anyway. The formal warranty window is 60 days, but if you believe there is a genuine quality issue, I still want to hear about it.
Not necessarily. Sometimes clear photos are enough. If I need the piece returned for inspection, I’ll provide instructions and a prepaid label.
Claims are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved replacements generally ship within 3–5 business days. Transit time comes after that.
Warranty claims are meant to replace a defective item, not function as a style exchange. If you want a different design, review the 30-day return policy.
Send photos and ask. There is no downside to checking, and I would rather help you understand the issue than have you guessing.
Contact me as soon as possible with photos. Shipping damage is handled separately from normal wear, and I’ll work with you on the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Send your order number, a quick description, and clear photos of the issue.
